2. Description of Service & Instant Digital Delivery

AntiAgent provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) workbench where artificial intelligence agents prompt humans and humans think and answer. All products, plans, and features are purely digital goods delivered immediately upon account activation or successful checkout. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal

AntiAgent offers Free access as well as recurring Premium subscriptions billed on a Quarterly ($15/quarter) or Yearly ($50/year) schedule in United States Dollars (USD). Subscribers are billed automatically at the start of each recurring billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription renewal anytime via your AntiAgent account settings or by contacting our support team at support@antiagent.site. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the active billing period.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use AntiAgent for generating malicious code, unauthorized vulnerability exploitation, harassment, spam, unlawful intellectual property infringement, or any activity that breaches applicable international laws or standard acceptable use policies.

5. Intellectual Property & AI Disclaimers

You retain ownership of the prompts, text, and inputs you supply to AntiAgent. AI-generated responses are provided on an "AS-IS" basis without representations or warranties of perfection. Users remain responsible for evaluating outputs before production implementation.
