14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your AntiAgent Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
1. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, the refunded funds typically appear in your statement within 3 to 7 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with immediate effect. To cancel:
- Navigate to your Account Profile within the AntiAgent workspace and select "Manage Subscription".
- Or email our support team directly at support@antiagent.site with your account email to request immediate cancellation without hassle.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to enjoy full Premium benefits until the conclusion of your current billing term. No further recurring charges will be initiated.
3. Eligibility Criteria & Fair Usage
The 14-day refund guarantee applies to the initial purchase of Quarterly ($15) and Yearly ($50) plans. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, provided users received renewal notifications. Accounts terminated for severe breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. automated scraping or harmful generation) forfeit refund eligibility.
4. How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund within the 14-day window, simply email us at support@antiagent.site with your account email and purchase receipt. We resolve all refund inquiries within 24 hours.
